Designed to give participants an advantage as they prepare for their fall and winter seasons. Areas of focus: skating, puck control, puck possession, and further developing your hockey IQ.

Designed to light the lamp. Areas of focus: Wrist shots, snapshots, slapshot, backhands, deflections, and attacking the net for a rebound. We will work on foot and hand placement, keeping your head up, and follow-through.

Designed to cover the introduction to hitting. Areas of focus: proper hitting techniques, how to properly take hits, how to separate players from the puck, corner battles, net-front battles, and more.

Designed to cover everything along the perimeter and boards of the rink. Areas of focus: battle drills, protecting the puck on wall, keeping puck in zone, getting puck out of zone, chipping puck off glass, angling to wall, and more.
